Russell Warren is an experienced land broker and attorney dedicated to serving landowners across New Mexico. Over the years, he has been involved in transactions ranging from multi-million-dollar ranches to the transfer of legacy hunting properties between family members, giving him broad experience in deals of every size and complexity.
With a legal background that includes a deep understanding of easements, water issues, and title disputes, Russell brings clients a unique perspective and trusted guidance through every stage of the land transaction process. Russell lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with his wife and son. An Army veteran, he served in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom with the 10th Mountain Division. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, walking his dog, and following his two favorite college football teams—Army and Texas Tech
